Nothing in PiloTrader — including any AI-generated screen, rationale, or "Play" — is a prediction or guarantee of future performance. Past patterns the Service identifies (momentum, volume, etc.) do not reliably predict future price movement.
Once you approve a Play, its take-profit and stop-loss levels execute automatically without asking again. This is disclosed at approval time, but it means: a stop-loss can still fill at a worse price than its target during fast-moving or illiquid markets ("slippage"), and a brief service or connectivity interruption could delay an exit. Guardrails limit exposure per play and per risk tier — they do not eliminate the risk of loss on any single position or on your account as a whole.
Every price in the app is labeled "LIVE" (a real quote from our market-data provider) or "SIM" (a synthetic price used when no live quote is available for that symbol). Trading decisions and automated exits act on whichever price is showing — check the label. Live quotes may be delayed relative to the real-time market and are supplied by a third party we don't control.
By default your account trades with simulated funds and no real capital is at risk. This is the recommended way to evaluate the Service. The risks in this document apply once — and only once — you deliberately connect a real brokerage account.
PiloTrader is in active beta. Bugs, downtime, or unexpected behavior are more likely than in mature financial software. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of screening, monitoring, or auto-exit functionality.
PiloTrader is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and using it does not create an advisory relationship. Every Play requires your explicit approval — approving it is your decision, made with whatever independent judgment, research, or professional advice you consider appropriate. You are responsible for understanding any product you allocate to and for your own tax reporting obligations.
Never allocate money to real trading that you cannot afford to lose. Consider your own financial situation, investment objectives, and risk tolerance before connecting a real brokerage account.
